Litigation Manager
Job purpose:
- Provide all legal supports to legal team regarding miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Litigation role: Advising, drafting, managing and practicing on litigation cases arisen from the Company’s daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters (civil & criminal), including coordination with external counsel when required.
- Oversee all legal aspects of company operations and provide legal advisory across departments (corporate matters, enforcement, contracts, negotiation).
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Support business development projects (M&A, JV, restructuring) including due diligence and legal implementation.
- Provide general legal compliance support, support legal team on conducting internal investigations of compliance cases.
- Prepare power of attorney and application to be submitted to relevant authorities.
- Monitor and update laws and regulations relevant to the business.
- Ensure smooth handling of all legal matters within the organization.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law, litigation, and corporate legal matters.
- Experience in listed companies or real estate business is a plus.
- Strong legal knowledge, especially in real estate law, corporate law, and litigation.
- Good management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, diligent, flexible, able to multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to work beyond office hours when required.
Legal Manager
Job purpose:

Senior Manager / AVP – Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Lead market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new real estate development opportunities.
- Source and evaluate potential land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, investment analysis, negotiations, and board presentations.
- Develop and maintain strategic business plans for both new and existing projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project Development, Design, Sales & Marketing, Legal, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor industry trends, government policies, and the competitive landscape to inform development strategies.
- Coach, mentor, and lead junior team members, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
- Represent Raimon Land in high-level negotiations with landowners, investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate Business, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields.
- 8 years of experience in business development, investment, or project development in the real estate industry.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and talent development capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
Senior Marketing Manager
Job purpose:
- We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead 360-degree marketing strategies and communication plans for RML’s luxury real estate projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and lead generation while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across online and offline channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery within approved scope.
- Oversee branding, advertising, PR, events, partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Analyze market trends, target audiences, and customer behavior to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with agencies to execute SEO/SEM, social media, web, and content marketing campaigns, while also developing strong branding, tone of voice, and art direction that create unique and engaging customer experiences across all channels.
- Develop impactful marketing and sales materials including websites, videos, and print collaterals.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs; report regularly to senior leadership.
- Guide branding and creative direction to ensure a consistent luxury tone and experience.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team, driving high-performance and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support company or departmental initiatives as assigned by the Head of Marketing or CEO.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
- 7+ years in marketing with 5+ years in real estate marketing and management roles.
- Strong experience in luxury brand marketing and customer segmentation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results.
- Strong team leadership with a proven ability to develop and coach members effectively.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, and solution-driven with high energy and a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Work and manage the building’s telephone switchboard operation.
- Greet/receive and offer hospitality to visitors to the building.
- Assist in the housekeeping of the reception foyer, lift lobby, meeting rooms and adjacent areas (hereafter referred to as “Reception Areas”). Ensure that the Reception Areas are in impeccable condition at all times and police the image of these areas.
- Provide support assistance on a variety of building functions.
- Extend your ambassador’s role to promote a friendly and welcoming environment within the building.
- Knowledgeable of co-owners/residents service inclusive of hotel reservations, transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our co-owners/residents.
- Carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.
Qualification:
- 1-3 Years’ experience in Property Management / Services.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Background in Facility Management or Building Management in Condominium will be preferable
- Good English literacy and communications skills.
- Pleasant personality, good human relation and a team-player.
- Willing to learn and hard working.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Able to work on a shift or roster basis.
