AVP – Corporate Finance & IR
Job Purpose:
- Determine how much funding is needed for a given project/ company’s working capital and how best to secure that funding. Also manage internal issues such as budgets and expenses, and seek outside funding support for projects.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Finance Role:
- Coordinate and produce the funding plan including the funding strategy analysis and regular board/committee reports.
- Create funding structure to meet investor requirements and the company’s target cost of fund.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes, policies and tools to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, industry best funding management practices and/or achieve organizational goals.
- Assist in the internal approval process which includes but not limited to drafting presentations and corporate memos to board/committee.
- Identify drivers and its impact on company valuation and/or project return on investment.
- Complete special or ad hoc projects that may be assigned by the management team.
- Investor Relations Role:
- Manage the investor relations program, including strategy, investment story, activities plan and budget.
- Provide supports the company’s executive regarding security analysis’ positions and summaries and relative stock price movements.
- Coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders to gather relevant information required for analysis and investor relations materials including but not limited to quarterly/yearly earnings release presentation, MD&A, One report 56-1, AGM, and company profile presentation.
- Identifying the different class of shareholders and presenting in accordance with their requirements.
- Support the executive management in building long-term rapport with investors and analysis and keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the Company.
- Create and update investor presentations.
- Manage analyst in tracking and analyzing sell-side financial models and competitor financial performance.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years experiences in corporate finance, treasury, banking and investor relations management in listed company.
- Working experience in property development, financial advisory or banking is preferred

Senior Manager – Human Resources
Job Purpose:
- To lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR services.
- To support HRM and HRD initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and HR policies, in alignment with business needs and organizational objectives.
- To ensure effective people operations, employee services, and stakeholder management while continuously improving HR processes and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits & HR Operations:
- Manage and implement Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and processes in alignment with business requirements and company guidelines.
- Support salary surveys, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis, and provide relevant information and recommendations to business partners.
- Manage monthly payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion, including payroll closing and related reports.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related reports, including Personal Income Tax, Social Security Fund, Workmen’s Compensation, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with the Revenue Department and relevant authorities on payroll, taxation, and statutory matters, and provide support to employees on Personal Income Tax-related issues.

- HR Management & Talent Development:

- Manage and supervise administrative staff and support personnel, including drivers, messengers, and housekeeping staff for Bangkok and Pattaya locations.
- Coordinate and supervise the work activities of HR specialists, administrative staff, and support teams to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
- Manage external partners, vendors, suppliers, brokers, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Manage office administration and facilities, including car insurance, pest control, office maintenance, cleaning services, and other general administrative matters.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, employees, and building management to coordinate information, requests, and office-related matters.
- Allocate responsibilities and supervise administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Expatriate Management & Compliance:
- Manage expatriate employees and coordinate visa, work permit, and other immigration-related matters.
- Coordinate expatriate Personal Income Tax and other related statutory requirements.
- Ensure HR operations and employee administration comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experiences (HRM, HRD and HR Admin).
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, or related fields.
- Direct experience and strong knowledge in Payroll, C&B Recruitment, Organization Training and Development, Office Admin, Employee Relations & Engagement and other related functions.

Concierge / Guest Service Agent (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the building’s telephone switchboard, ensuring all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
- Greet, receive, and provide warm hospitality to all visitors and residents entering the building.
- Support the upkeep of the reception foyer, lift lobby, meeting rooms, and adjacent “Reception Areas,” ensuring they remain immaculate and presentable at all times.
- Provide assistance across various building functions to support smooth daily operations.
- Serve as an ambassador of the property by promoting a friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of resident services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, local attractions, activities, and other relevant information to enhance the resident experience.

Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in Property Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Accountant (Account Payable, General Ledger)
Job Purpose:
- This position is to perform all accounting work as directed and working as a team with A/P and GL accounting teams.
- To provide accounting management in the following areas:
- Hands-on of full sets of accounting books and monthly report as required by management.
- Account Reporting including yearly accounts submission to the relevant authorities.
- Statutory, Revenue and tax compliances in accounting of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare book-keeping entries in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principle) and ensure full compliance with government regulations.
- Monitor internal accounting system as per Company’s requirements.
- Collecting and reviewing all information and preparing monthly account closing and a full set of accounting and financial reports.
- Prepare monthly vouchers, financial reports, and accounts analysis regularly.
- Keep good record of cash flow on a timely basis.
- Handle monthly tax returns including VAT (Value Added Tax), WHT (Withholding Tax) and Corporate Income Tax
- Settle local and overseas payments and keep record of account payable (AP).
- Preparing monthly financial statements.
- Preparing monthly and yearly PL & BS, and budgeting and forecast reports.
- Handling all aspects of accounting functions including monthly and yearly closing: AP accounts, input VAT, cash flow and management report.
Qualification:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Account Payable, General Ledger.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
- Familiar with local accounting, audit & taxation filing procedures.

Company Secretary & Investor Relations
Job Purpose:
- This role is responsible for ensuring corporate governance excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders and the investment community.
- Key responsibilities include organizing and preparing accurate minutes for Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders’ Meetings in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
- The role also ensures that the Company and its directors adhere to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as best practices in corporate governance.
- In addition, the position provides preliminary guidance to the Board of Directors on regulatory matters and serves as the primary liaison between the Company and the investment community—enhancing transparency and helping investors gain a clear understanding of the Company’s business performance, strategies, and future outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Company Secretary Role:
- Manage and oversee all matters related to Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders’ Meetings, including the preparation of agendas, notices, and meeting materials (e.g., presentations), as well as accurate minute-taking in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, the Company’s Articles of Association, and corporate governance best practices.
- Provide preliminary advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors and Sub-Committees on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
- Prepare and coordinate statutory reports, disclosures, and submissions (in both Thai and English) in accordance with the requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Form 56-1 One Report, ELCID, and other relevant filings.
- Oversee administrative functions of the Company Secretary Office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Investor Relations Role:
- Lead and manage the Company’s investor relations program, including IR strategy, investment narrative, annual activity plan, and budget.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and insights to senior management, including competitor analysis, analyst perspectives, and stock performance trends.
- Oversee the preparation of the Company’s Annual Report in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and segment the shareholder base, tailoring communication approaches to meet the needs of different investor groups.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to manage quarterly earnings announcements, including preparation of reports, presentations, and investor events.
- Support executive management in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
- Develop and regularly update investor presentations and key communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze sell-side analyst coverage, including financial models and competitor performance.
Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Company Secretary and/or Investor Relations within a listed company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Board and Shareholders’ Meeting management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including SET and SEC requirements, the Public Limited Companies Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and Thai corporate and commercial laws.
- Completion of recognized training programs in corporate secretarial practices is an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
