ผู้จัดการบัญชี (On-Site)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ :
- บริหารและกำกับดูแลงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายรับราย-รายจ่าย เงินกองทุน และเงินส่วนกลาง พร้อมควบคุมการบันทึกบัญชีให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- ดูแลกระบวนการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนกลาง การออกเอกสารทางการเงิน และการจัดเก็บรายได้ของนิติบุคคล
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินประจำเดือน พร้อมนำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงวิเคราะห์ต่อคณะกรรมการนิติบุคคล

คุณสมบัติ:
- สัญชาติไทย อายุ 30-48 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Manager - Commercial Leasing
Job Purpose:
- The goal of the Department is to maximize the value of all RML existing Office and other projects as assignment with response to project not only to emphasize on the number targets but also to find ways to enhance the brand image of the Company. Also, to ensure that all the transactions are going smoothly throughout the transactions.
- To achieve the goals of the Department, we will continuously lead the team to develop and maintain a sustainable Leasing activity and also to assure that PNL is always under well monitored and controlled throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- To source new business opportunities and find ways to generate additional income for office projects.
- Initiate a business plan to improve and optimize the use of space under the company's portfolio.
- Also, see what is missed in each project and differentiate it to make the projects even more special.
- Ultimately, the goal is to maximize value of all Commercial Office and retail assets not only in term of numbers but also focus on the brand image of the company.
- Budget planning and performance forecasting. Ensure each property in the portfolio is performing up to the budget/forecast set.
- Liaison with third parties such as partners, agents, contractors, property management companies, hotel operators.
- Independently running and managing a team of high-performing staff.
- To prepare and implement business plan, marketing plan and recommendations for the new potential lands for offices /existing commercial office and retail project (if needed).
- Responsible for achieving occupancy rate targets, develop merchandising mix and acquire potential tenants and/or operators for existing.
- To review proposals and draft agreements in relation to commercial offices projects.
- Work with partners; sole agent, tenants, construction and marketing team to ensure that all the transactions go smoothly.
- Supervise the team on day-to-day activities. Focus on the direction/vision of Commercial team leading to the success of the projects.
- Lead and motivate the team to work towards the same direction with an objective to reach the same target.
- Keep explore and update on office market status and trends to share the ideas to the team and other related team.
- Work and coordinate closely with all top management to assure RML achieve the ultimate goal.
- Develop yearly commercial office plan to implement throughout the year.
- Set, Monitor and Control P&L for all commercial office projects to assure RML stay in positive numbers in every quarter of the year.
- Do monthly update with property management team to assure that all expenses are used effectively and efficiently.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial Leasing, tenant management & services.
- Master’s Degree or above, preferably in real estate, business management or related area.
- Strong experience in managing real estate assets including commercial, retail and hospitality properties. The candidate must be able to effectively liaise with leasing teams, appointed leasing agents, hotel operators, and project partners.
- Strong analytical skill, negotiation, co-ordination and follow up skills.
- Basic Accounting (read, create and interpret P&L and financial statement).
- Goal oriented, energetic, team player and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English and Thai, written and spoken. An ability to communicate in Japanese would be advantageous to the role.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- MS Office Suite, Pivot Table.
- Able to work independently and as a team within a set time frame and under pressure.
Concierge / Guest Service Agent (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the building’s telephone switchboard, ensuring all calls are handled promptly and professionally.
- Greet, receive, and provide warm hospitality to all visitors and residents entering the building.
- Support the upkeep of the reception foyer, lift lobby, meeting rooms, and adjacent “Reception Areas,” ensuring they remain immaculate and presentable at all times.
- Provide assistance across various building functions to support smooth daily operations.
- Serve as an ambassador of the property by promoting a friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of resident services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, local attractions, activities, and other relevant information to enhance the resident experience.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in Property Management, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Facility or Building Management within a condominium environment is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Service-minded, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Able to work on a shift or roster basis, including weekends or holidays as required.
Accountant (Account Payable, General Ledger)
Job Purpose:
- This position is to perform all accounting work as directed and working as a team with A/P and GL accounting teams.
- To provide accounting management in the following areas:
- Hands-on of full sets of accounting books and monthly report as required by management.
- Account Reporting including yearly accounts submission to the relevant authorities.
- Statutory, Revenue and tax compliances in accounting of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare book-keeping entries in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principle) and ensure full compliance with government regulations.
- Monitor internal accounting system as per Company’s requirements.
- Collecting and reviewing all information and preparing monthly account closing and a full set of accounting and financial reports.
- Prepare monthly vouchers, financial reports, and accounts analysis regularly.
- Keep good record of cash flow on a timely basis.
- Handle monthly tax returns including VAT (Value Added Tax), WHT (Withholding Tax) and Corporate Income Tax
- Settle local and overseas payments and keep record of account payable (AP).
- Preparing monthly financial statements.
- Preparing monthly and yearly PL & BS, and budgeting and forecast reports.
- Handling all aspects of accounting functions including monthly and yearly closing: AP accounts, input VAT, cash flow and management report.
Qualification:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Account Payable, General Ledger.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
- Familiar with local accounting, audit & taxation filing procedures.
- Accurate, independent, responsible & able to meet tight deadlines.
- Time management (can handle the multi task)
- Hands-on and good teamwork.
- Moderate English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.
Company Secretary & Investor Relations
Job Purpose:
- This role is responsible for ensuring corporate governance excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders and the investment community.
- Key responsibilities include organizing and preparing accurate minutes for Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders’ Meetings in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
- The role also ensures that the Company and its directors adhere to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as best practices in corporate governance.
- In addition, the position provides preliminary guidance to the Board of Directors on regulatory matters and serves as the primary liaison between the Company and the investment community—enhancing transparency and helping investors gain a clear understanding of the Company’s business performance, strategies, and future outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Company Secretary Role:
- Manage and oversee all matters related to Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Shareholders’ Meetings, including the preparation of agendas, notices, and meeting materials (e.g., presentations), as well as accurate minute-taking in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, the Company’s Articles of Association, and corporate governance best practices.
- Provide preliminary advice and recommendations to the Board of Directors and Sub-Committees on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
- Prepare and coordinate statutory reports, disclosures, and submissions (in both Thai and English) in accordance with the requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Form 56-1 One Report, ELCID, and other relevant filings.
- Oversee administrative functions of the Company Secretary Office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Investor Relations Role:
- Lead and manage the Company’s investor relations program, including IR strategy, investment narrative, annual activity plan, and budget.
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and insights to senior management, including competitor analysis, analyst perspectives, and stock performance trends.
- Oversee the preparation of the Company’s Annual Report in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and segment the shareholder base, tailoring communication approaches to meet the needs of different investor groups.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to manage quarterly earnings announcements, including preparation of reports, presentations, and investor events.
- Support executive management in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
- Develop and regularly update investor presentations and key communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze sell-side analyst coverage, including financial models and competitor performance.
Qualification:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Company Secretary and/or Investor Relations within a listed company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Board and Shareholders’ Meeting management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including SET and SEC requirements, the Public Limited Companies Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and Thai corporate and commercial laws.
- Completion of recognized training programs in corporate secretarial practices is an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, service-minded, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Night Manager (On-Site)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all subordinates perform the tasks assigned to them completely and professionally.
- Ensuring smooth running of the Night team, and the satisfaction of residents and visitors.
- Touring all areas of the condo on a regular basis and report irregularities to concerned department.
- Take prompt action to correct substandard performances and quality problems.
- Understand the resident’s needs and provide them personalized solutions.
- Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures
- To handle any complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved and unresolved problems are reported to AVP.
- Fast responding and solving any issues by smart method.
- Giving assistance to subordinate as and when necessary.
- Work closely with engineer / security staff to handle any emergency or safety concerns.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities when required.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Property Management, Hotel Industry, or Hospitality Industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Background in Facility Management or Building Management in Condominium will be preferable.

Assistant Manager - Commercial Leasing (Office/ Retail)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and portfolio performance targets.
- Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, addenda, and related contractual documentation, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Support lease negotiations and commercial discussions with agents, prospective tenants, and existing tenants.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, property management, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
- Maintain and monitor lease records, key dates, and contractual obligations.
- Track leasing performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for management review.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, English Major, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial leasing (office and/or retail).
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and contract management.

Manager/ Assistant Manager – Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary assessments of land and asset opportunities, including regulatory reviews with authorities.
- Research and analyze economic trends, real estate markets, and industry developments locally and internationally.
- Study consumer behavior and demand drivers to support strategic planning.
- Perform site analysis, feasibility studies, market research, and SWOT assessments.
- Prepare reports and present key insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify, evaluate, and support new development and investment opportunities.
- Lead due diligence and acquisition processes to ensure informed and timely decisions.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to align strategies with corporate objectives.
