RAIMON LAND Spares No Effort, Doubling Down on its Good Health and Well-Being Commitment

The only way to truly achieve sustainability is to begin with oneself. Deeply convinced so, RAIMON LAND (RML), Thailand’s leader in luxury and super luxury real estate development, spares no effort in advocating well-being — not only among its employees but also to a wider jaudience as much as possible. Its commitment is made evident by the fact that Good Health and Well-being is set forth as one of the key goals it has always been adhering to and driving when running its business. Korn Narongdej, Chief Executive Officer of Raimon Land Public Company Limited, weighed in on the matter of well-being, alongside talented songstress-actor Krit “PP” Amnuaydejkon, with the excellent participation of a whole host of celebrities, most notably Warawut Laohapongchana, Akharat Wannarat, Pawarisa Penchat, Cherpat Kittipornwarit, and Sarit Trailertwichien.

Korn Narongdej said: “At present, as is known, people all over the world are beginning to pay more attention to quality of life and environmental stewardship. On top of that, “Good Health and Well-Being” is also designated as one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations as the global development agenda. Many businesses began to take this matter increasingly seriously and responsibly — RAIMON LAND is no exception. For us, prerequisite to disseminating the value to everyone is to start disseminating it with our employees. In all of our projects, apart from the comfort of the residents, we also attach great importance to the environment. As a prime example in this regard, you can look no further than our One City Centre (OCC), the first Multi-Tenant office building project in Thailand and in Southeast Asia to be awarded the Fitwel Building Standard Certification Version 2.1 in the Multi-Tenant Building category for its design for user well-being. The certification is operated by the Center for Active Design (CfAD), an organization that assesses and ranks buildings for their users’ quality of life, with the goal of creating environments that promote users’ well-being, which affects not only their health, but also their performance as well as their organizations’ medical treatment costs.”

“In addition to One City Centre, RML now has two high-rise residential projects in Bangkok: Tait Sathorn 12 and The Estelle Phrom Phong, as well as Rosewood Residences Kamala in Phuket, and all of our current and future projects are subjected to a meticulous thought process to ensure they are nothing short of being aesthetically appealing, conscientiously functional, and environmentally friendly, measuring up to the world-class standards,” added the Chief Executive Officer.

Krit Amnuaydejkon shared their opinions about well-being, saying, “For me, well-being is not just about physical health, rather about having a good quality of life, be it physical, mental, or social. When it comes to “society,” the closest one after family is none other than residential society, including neighbors and highly-trained personnel from development projects, such as residential juristic persons, security guards, and housekeepers. So, it is critical to me that development projects attach equally as much importance to their surroundings, which is one of many first factors I consider when looking for a new place to live. On top of that, for me personally, location, which must be convenient for commuting, design, be it in terms of materials used or space allocation, and residents’ quality of life are all equally important. And what I like about Tait Sathorn12 is its Iconic Slope Design, and the fact that there are numerous, various units to select from. I just visited the example room, which has one 67-square-meter large bedroom, and I like that the room has a multipurpose room in it, and that it is pet-friendly, not to mention the six-storey common area outfitted with wellness facilities. Overall, it meets the needs of urbanites very well.”
