RAIMON LAND teams up with Mitsubishi Estate for luxury office building One City Center

RAIMON LAND is joining forces with Japan’s leading real estate developer Mitsubishi Estate in redefining the Grade A office building industry landscape with the mega project “One City Center” (OCC) on Ploenchit Road. The collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate aims to make One City Centre(OCC) a one-of-a-kind luxurious office building to stimulate creativity and productivity with smart designs with a world-class standard on sustainability. Offering a luxurious, healthy and environmentally-friendly work space, One City Centrealso features a wide range of recreational facilities to unwind and maintain creativity after work. The One City Centre(OCC) mega project with a total investment value of THB 8,800 million is the tallest grade-A office with a land size of over 9,600 sq.m. on the Ploenchit Road, right at the heart of Bangkok.

One City Centrehas already garnered several accolades. The Center for Active Design (CfAD) in the United State has awarded OCC a prestigious two-star Fitwel rating for outstanding building development, management quality, and commitment to environmental friendliness for superior and healthy living. Last year, One City Centrealso won the Office Development of the Year - Thailand at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021 for the most outstanding project management innovation in the Asia-Pacific region.
