Reference is made to Raimon Land Public Company Limited's ("the Company")
capital increased by issuing 325,038,556 shares to (1) Thailand Prosperity Fund
II and (2) Ton Poh Thailand Fund, at the price baht 1.4058 per share totaling
456,939,202.02 baht on 27 April 2012 - 2 May 2012.
The Company would like to report the utilization of the increased capital at the
end of January 31, 2013 as following:
