The River

Project progress up to the end of April continued according to programme with allowances for the extended Songkran holiday.
Having already topped out at level 71, structural works for the building crown have commenced at the South Tower. Cooling towers and staircases are now complete at the podium structure. Works for hardscape have been awarded and contractors are mobilising while softscape works on level 5 at the podium deck are soon to be awarded. At both towers, installation of glass balustrades has been commensurate with curtain wall installation.
Meanwhile, internal ceiling works to corridors, lift lobbies, unit bathrooms and wall/floor tiling are commencing. Testing of mock-up suites HVAC systems under progress and subject to final adjustment and balancing. Main MEP plant including transformers, stand-by generators and main distribution boards are now on site awaiting installation. Regular programmed deliveries of sanitary appliances, fan coil units and condenser units are being received stocks of floor and wall tiles are now on site.
The first trial mock-up kitchens are under QA/QC investigation/approval before the final approval of shop drawings and commencement of manufacture. Preliminary mock-up installations of residential levels lift lobby have begun for coordination and QA/QC of architectural finishes.
Civil and external works on roads, boundary fence, drainage, retention tanks remain on progress.
