The River

Project progress up to the end of February continued according to programme.

The South Tower's structure has topped out at Level 71, structural works are now commencing for the building crown; while the North Tower's structure was topped out at level 43 in October 2010. The overall podium structural progress (podium A, B and C) remains at 99.88% finished, Cooling Towers and staircases are now complete. Works for Hardscape have been awarded and contractors are mobilising, Softscape works on Level 5 Podium Deck are about to be awarded. South Tower Glass Curtain Walls installation has reached Level 62, Window Wall system has reached Level 42; North Tower Glass Curtain Walls installation has reached Level 35 and Window Wall system has reached Level 30 in North Tower.

First fix Mechanical (fire, sanitary and HVAC systems) and Electrical services are ongoing up to Level 50 South Tower and Level 37 North Tower.

Civil and External Works on roads, boundary fence, drainage, retention tanks are progressing.
