New-Look Raimon Land Booths in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket

Raimon Land recently unveiled our new-look booths at various locations in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. Interested buyers will be able to exploit the intuitive nature of the iPad at the booths, which features extensive photo galleries and comprehensive floor and unit plans, bringing you closer to our projects without actually having to be there.

The River

Progress during August continued at one floor per week per tower despite heavy rains throughout the month.

The main concrete structure progress remains on programme. The South Tower's core structure has reached level 57, with the floor slab at level 49 while the North Tower's core structure and floor slab are now at level 42. Construction of the concrete structures for the North Tower is virtually complete. The overall podium structural progress (podium A, B and C) is 99% finished with work on the fifth floor pools, water features and landscape is nearing completion. Glass curtain walls installation has reached level 32 and window wall system has reached level 19 in Tower A; glass curtain walls installation has reached level 21 and window wall system has reached Level 16 in Tower B.

Passenger and service lifts have arrived on site with preliminary surveying being partially completed up to lvel 40 with the preliminary guide rails installation works beginning.

All major procurement contracts have been finalised and contracts awarded for kitchens, built-in cabinet works, doors, ironmongery, vanity units, bathware and brassware and domestic appliances. These will be delivered to site commensurate with construction progress and installation coordinated with adjacent and related trades.

Northpoint

August 2010 works at the Northpoint project are nearing to completion of the project. Corridors are substantially complete and the remaining penthouses Tower A and upper units PRC Tower B near final trades works completion. Home owner inspections are continuing according to hand over programme.

Apartment fit-out works are nearing completion, with corridors, fire escape stairs and common areas now completed. All external cleaning of all facades, aluminium and glass and external louvers have been completed. Sky gardens at level 29 tower A and level 24 tower B are complete and gymnasiums have been equipped and tested. All management offices and back of house facilities are occupied and functional.

Final mechanical & electrical, fire protection and waste water system are operational.

Externally, swimming pools, slides and water feature works all operational and in full use. Canopies to the car drop-off zones are complete. The main entrance guard house and site boundary wall construction works are complete while final finishes to the road surfaces have now been completed.

Car park building roof-top the tennis court is complete. The car park building painting works have been completed together with planter box façade installations and irrigation systems. Additional improvements to weatherproof the car park lift lobbies together with some minor finishing improvements are nearing completion. Security controls and access systems are now fully operational.
