185 Rajadamri's Official Launch and Awarding of Piling Contract

Raimon Land recently held a glamourous grand opening event to mark the official launch of Bangkok's most eagerly awaited freehold development - 185 Rajadamri at the project's recently completed Sales Office & Show Suites.

A number of personalities were on hand to celebrate the event and witness the unveiling of the 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom Show Suites on the prestigious address along Rajadamri Road.

The project's piling contract was also recently awarded to Pylon Public Co., Ltd., a company that has earned its excellent reputation through major projects in both the private and public sectors, such as the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link, Bumrungrad Hospital, and the BTS Extension Project. Piling work for 185 Rajadamri commenced on October 4^th and will be completed in January 2011.

The River

Progress during September continued at one floor per week per tower.

The South Tower's core structure has reached level 61, with the floor slab at level 54 while the North Tower's core structure is now topped out at level 43. Construction of the concrete structures for the North Tower is complete excepting the mechanical services and the "crown" structures which are now commencing. Glass curtain walls installation has reached level 37 and window wall system has reached level 26 at the South Tower; glass curtain walls installation has reached level 21 and window wall system has reached level 19 at the North Tower.

Architectural works including unit partition walls, blockwork and plastering are ongoing and have reached up to level 50 South Tower; level 41 North Tower and works are proceeding. First fix mechanical (fire, sanitary and HVAC systems) and electrical services are ongoing up to level 34 South Tower and level 22 North Tower.
