Zire Wongamat Officially Launch in January 2011

Bank of Ayudhya's Exclusive Night at 185 Rajadamri

A marquee of Bank of Ayudhya's VIP guests were invited to the 185 Rajadamri Sales Office & Show Suites for an evening of exquisite food and drinks along with distinctive performances by one of Thailand's most renowned singers.

Chef Pongtawat Ian Chalermkittichai kicked off the event with a live cooking demonstration to serve all guests with his own interpretation of Thai and Southeast Asian. Singer Maleewan Jemena capped off the night by captivating the audience with a spectacular mini-concert.

The River

The River is progressing well with the main concrete structure now ahead of programme as we approach the final month of 2010.

The South Tower's core structure has reached level 70, with the floor slab at level 62 while the North Tower's core structure is now topped out at level 43. North Tower mechanical services and the "crown" structures are progressing. The overall podium structural progress (podium A, B and C) is 99.50% finished with cooling towers now complete. Glass curtain wall installation has reached level 42 at the South Tower and 34 and the North Tower while Window wall system has reached level 30 at both towers.

Architectural works including unit partition walls, blockwork and plastering are ongoing and have reached up to South Tower's level 58 and North Tower's level 42 and works are proceeding.

Raimon Land Announces Q3 2010 Financial Results

Raimon Land announced its Q3 2010 financial results and relaunched its investor relations program at The River Promenade on Wednesday 17 November 2010.

Chief Executive Officer Hubert Viriot and Chief Operating Officer Kitti Tungsriwong were on hand to present analysts, fund managers and media representatives with the company's latest figures and strategy heading towards 2011. Following the presentation, guests were invited up to The River construction site for a brief tour of the soon to be completed 72-storey South Tower.
