The River Update

As we enter the month of October, structural work at The River continues to make good progress despite the heavy rains which Bangkok has been experiencing.

At the South Tower, the fifth and final floor slab of the podium is complete, and the core structure is between levels 8 and 9. The North Tower is also well progressed, with the floor slab for the podium also at level 5 and the core structure reaching level 8.

Elsewhere on site, the structural work for the car park ramp is complete, with the spiral ramp topped-off and protected from the elements, and work on the fifth-floor infinity pool fronting the Chao Phraya is now underway.

Northpoint Update

In Pattaya, Northpoint continues to make progress towards completion. Permanent power and water supply provisions have been connected to the site. The site underground drainage system installation works continue towards completion and the external hardscape, softscape, and water feature installations made significant progress during the month of September.

Structural works are complete at both towers and the building is watertight. Externally the flat and textured decorative paint applications are nearing completion. Unit fit-out works are significantly advanced in both towers and the main entrance lobby areas are currently being fitted out, whilst works at lift lobby areas are significantly advanced.

At the car park, structural works are practically complete and roof surface preparation works are underway ready to receive the artificial grass tennis court installations.
