BANGKOK; December 4, 2009 - Premier Thailand property developer, Raimon Land, is hosting an exclusive property showcase at the prestigious Siam Paragon shopping mall for the next ten days to highlight two of their most successful condominium complexes - Northpoint in Pattaya and Bangkok's The River.

The River and Northpoint exhibition will take over Siam Paragon's glamorous first-floor Fashion Gallery from December 4 to 13.

Raimon Land's high-end property showcase will feature special promotions worth over 1.5 million baht including a lifestyle package for Northpoint buyers and The River Life Payment Plan being offered by Raimon Land makes payment terms much more accessible and favourable for off-plan buyers.

Raimon Land Chief Executive Officer, Hubert Viriot, said the past two months have been "most encouraging" with sales picking up in Thailand's luxury condominium sector.

With just the finishing touches left, Northpoint buyers will be able to begin inspecting their units this month. Construction is running hand-in-hand with works on the landscape, swimming pools and water features, as the beach-front project quickly progresses towards on-time completion.

The River continues to make good progress on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, with the South Tower's core structure now at level 16 and floor slab work reaching level 14. The North Tower's lift core has climbed to level 12 whilst floor slab installation has reached level eight.
