Raimon Land's leadership in the Thai real estate sector was recognized at the prestigious Thai Property Awards in November 2008, where the company was awarded the BEST DEVELOPER award for the second consecutive year.

The company collected a total of four trophies at the 2008 awards ceremony: BEST DEVELOPER, BEST CONDO DEVELOPMENT (PHUKET) for The Heights Phuket, BEST CONDO DEVELOPMENT (EASTERN SEABOARD) for Northpoint in Pattaya, and BEST DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE for the second consecutive year for www.theriverbangkok.com.

These awards follow the company’s success at the 2007 awards where Raimon Land scooped the BEST URBAN DEVELOPMENT award for The Legend Saladaeng in addition to the BEST DEVELOPER and BEST DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE awards.

Raimon Land was also honoured as one of the world's leading real estate developers, receiving an award for Northpoint at the International Property Awards in London in 2007 and for The River at the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2008.
