Energy efficiency and environmental management have become core themes in recent years for Raimon Land. For example, at The River, we will use solar panels wherever possible to provide power for the lighting of common areas – and water-cooled air conditioning systems which greatly reduce energy consumption. At Northpoint in Pattaya, all units will have double-glazed windows enhancing the efficiency of air conditioning and reducing noise pollution (an upgrade provided at no extra cost to existing or future buyers).
